Pilaf squid

Calories: 350 kcal

  • squid 400 g
  • onion 1 clove
  • carrot 40 g
  • vegetable oil 30 g
  • Figure 150 g
  • salt, ground black pepper
  • parsley and dill

Recipe for cooking:

  • Processed squid cut into slices.
  • Onions and carrots, cut into strips, fry in butter and connect with boiled rice until half.
  • Connect rice with vegetables and squid, add salt, pepper, water and cook in the oven until cooked rice.
  • Serve issued the greens.
