  • 125 g pulp of lamb
  • melted butter 1 tablespoon

  • onions 2 heads
  • eggs 2 pcs.
  • 4 cups broth
  • salt, ground black pepper
  • parsley

Recipe for cooking:

  • Pass the meat through a meat grinder, add the egg, 1 head finely chopped onion, a little greenery, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. From the resulting mass sformuyte balls.
  • In the hot broth, place the remaining onion, browned in butter, meat balls, rice and cook soup until cooked.
  • Beaten egg dilute with cold water in a thin stream, stirring constantly, pour the soup, bring it to a boil. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
