Eid-soup

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Servings: 2
Calories: 155-250 kcal

  • meat broth 2 cups
  • pulp of boiled beef 100 g
  • beef liver 40g
  • egg 1 pcs.
  • green onions 10 g
  • tomatoes 5 pcs.
  • oil 1 tbsp. spoon
  • Figure 1 tbsp. spoon
  • wheat flour 1 tbsp. spoon
  • salt, ground red pepper
  • parsley

Recipe for cooking:

  • In the boiling broth to put sliced veal, liver, cut into cubes, add chopped green onion, rice, peeled and diced tomatoes, and simmer for all 10 minutes.
  • At the end of cooking the soup season with browned flour to the fat, salt and pepper.
  • Before serving, pour the beaten eggs into the soup, stirring to have turned flakes and bring to a boil. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
